This Privacy Policy covers data collected through Mercy Living Home digital properties on which this Privacy Policy is linked or applications we make available on third-party sites or platforms ("Site"). This privacy policy generally does not apply to data controlled and processed by independently owned and operated Network franchisees. Any client health data, or data subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Privacy Act (HIPAA) and its implementing regulations, must be requested directly from the appropriate office.

This Privacy Policy is subject to change. If we make any material changes, we will notify you, by means of a notice on the Site. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. Referrals

If you choose to use our referral service to email a friend about the Site, we will ask you for your name, email address and your friend's email address.
