This Privacy Policy covers data collected through Mercy Living Home digital properties on which this Privacy Policy is linked or applications we make available on third-party sites or platforms ("Site"). This privacy policy generally does not apply to data controlled and processed by independently owned and operated Network franchisees. Any client health data, or data subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Privacy Act (HIPAA) and its implementing regulations, must be requested directly from the appropriate office.

Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy is subject to change. If we make any material changes, we will notify you, by means of a notice on the Site. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically and to make note of the date of the most recent revision. By using our Site, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy in effect at that time and as may be updated from time to time.   • Financial Information/Insurance. insurance payor sources and benefits information, private payment sources and benefits information, government payment sources and benefits information (Medicaid, Veteran's Benefits, etc.), payment records

  • Employment Data. applications, (which include information such as education and employment history), background check results, and employee records including performance and benefits administration data.

  • Online Activity. We collect logs and session data when you visit our website or use our applications. We collect browser and operating system information. We collect what site you came from or what site you visit when you leave us. We collect your IP address. We also collect device identifiers.

Anonymous Information

This is information collected that does not directly or indirectly identify an individual and cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual. We may use or share Anonymous Information without special limitations, including sharing with third parties.

Referrals

If you choose to use our referral service to email a friend about the Site, we will ask you for your name, email address and your friend's email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Site and may use your friend's email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

In certain instances you will have an opportunity to limit our uses at the time your Personal Information is collected or after by adjusting your account preferences. You also may limit the contacts you receive by following the instructions in the "Opt-Out" Section below. We may share with service providers and sub-processors, involving onward transfer to help us and our Network provider our and the Network's respective services to you, as detailed below.

We may also disclose Personal Information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this Personal Information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may have breached our Terms of Use or who may be causing (whether intentionally or unintentionally) injury to or interference with our rights or property, other website users, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities.

We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information to law-enforcement personnel and agencies when requested to do so, as required by law such as to comply with a subpoena.
